Slagle Design is a family-owned and operated design studio, established in 2009.
We help our clients create a memorable and authentic visual brand identity and work closely with them to extend it into packaging, interactive, print, environment, or whatever else needs to be used to help create a comprehensive brand experience for their biggest fans.
Jeremy Slagle, Designer & Illustrator
Jeremy always knew he’d become a designer someday.
As a kid, he drew everything and anything he could think of, hung out with the designers at the advertising agency where his mom worked, and constantly took things apart to better understand them.
Always looking for new ways to solve problems, Jeremy was the kid, and later the adult, whom people turned to when they needed help expressing themselves and their ideas graphically.
Today, as the principal of his own firm, Jeremy puts his insatiable curiosity to work every day as he gets into the heads of his clients to really understand what it is they want and—perhaps more importantly—need in order to develop a memorable brand presence. With a firm belief that he is the master of his computer (and not the other way around), he works everything out on paper first to ensure that the logos he designs and the brands he creates are as thoughtful, effective and original as the clients they represent.
Becky Slagle, Bookkeeper & Partner
Becky used to do math worksheets in her spare time.
A self-proclaimed “mathlete,” Becky is the left-brained partner who makes sure the team stays in the black. From authorizing payroll and managing the books to deft organizing and warm hospitality, Becky’s role is primarily behind the scenes, but it’s her consistent support that allows our team to run like a well-oiled machine.
When she’s not ensuring the world is spinning in the right direction, Becky loves to cook and spend time with her kids. She’s also an avid gym junkie who rarely sits still; she can often be spotted running or walking around the neighborhood with no apparent destination.
Caleb Slagle, Designer & Illustrator
Caleb has literally grown up in a design studio.
A multifaceted creative, Caleb is not only a developing illustrator and designer, he loves to sing and is quite adept at playing the guitar.
Caleb loves to put his hands to work on whatever project he’s working on. Whether it’s sketching design ideas on paper or building something in the workshop, he’s a very tactile learner and creator.
Faith Slagle, Designer & Illustrator
Faith has been a creative from day one.
Faith loves all things “crafty.” She sews, draws, designs, makes, and crochets. When she’s not working as a designer, chances are high that you’ll find her in her room feverishly crocheting another cardigan.
Faith is a well-rounded creative kid who also loves the stage and musicals. She’s eager to wrap up college and work in the family business.
Penny, Chief Hospitality Officer
What kind of dog works in a design studio? A “Doodle,” of course!
Penny takes pride in delivering the highest in hospitality services by making guests to our studio feel right at home. She is always up for a good tummy rub and is the only employee who's allowed to sniff or lick our clients.
Penny is a Miniature Goldendoodle from Fresno, Ohio (check out www.forevergoldendoodle.com) and came to us with little experience but is picking up the job quite naturally.
Great creative work doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
We’re proud to partner with the finest senior-level creative talent around.
We take a unique approach to creative problem solving. Each of the partners selected for a project runs his or her own studio with an eye to a niche area of strength and expertise that complements the project at hand. This hand-selected approach affords us to assemble the highest-caliber team that, we believe, is unmatched by agency standards—both in terms of accountability of who’s doing the work and affordability in getting the work done. We like to think of them as fellow spokes on the same wheel.

What clients are saying:
“I have worked with many designers over the years. Often they are, frankly, not good listeners. The 'trust me, I’m the designer' attitude that many have is not productive. An entrepreneur knows her brand intimately and a designer must listen very carefully, put ego aside and adjust the designs as needed.
Good design is a waltz between a designer and an entrepreneur — each person must pay close attention and move together. Jeremy is an excellent dance partner. Never leading too strongly, always in tune to the needs, wants and desires of his clients.
If you have the chance to work with Jeremy on a brand, I wholeheartedly recommend him. It’s not just his talent that makes him so special, but his nurturing, open, and understanding personality that brings the right emotion to his work.”
